Our Safety Department is fully staffed, well funded and highly motivated, to preserve the health and well being of our employees and environment.  The Staff is build upon University trained safety specialist who continually improve through CEU - post graduate courses and membership training through the American Society of Safety Engineers.

We have worked long and hard to develop one of the best personnel training systems in the industry.  We have literally written the book - our Safety Blue Book - on how to preform myriad Utility Contracting production processes in a safe and compliant manner.  All our instructors teach under the aspices of their U.S. Department of Labor, 29 CFR, 1926 et al, Construction Trainer Certifications in Fed OSHA 10 to 30 Hours curricula, as well as California Construction Safety Orders under California Dept. of Industrial Relations, CCR, Title 8, Constructioln & General Industry Orders.

We utilize- and demand proper use of - the most modern and highly rated Personal Protective Equipment in the industry, today.  Our Pole and Tower Ops safety equipment is all from the world leaders in aerial safety.  Our aerial specialists are trained by their aerial specialist in Mono Pole and Transmission Tower Ops and Rescue.  Our underground Ops specialist are all trained by our own Certified Shoring and Soils Analysis instructors and always  use the most modern, tested and professionally maintained aluminum shoring, steel trench shields and boxes from the national experts in the field.
